  • After contacting us we will email you a formal quote. Quotes are valid for 3 days; availability of items is not guaranteed after 3 days. An initial payment totaling 25% of the order is required to secure rentals quoted, this payment is nonrefundable.

  • We recommend making a reservation as soon as you have your date set. We tend to book weeks to months in advance, especially during peak season (April-September).

  • Of course you can! We recommend that you reserve 100 chairs if you invite 100 guests however if you get your responses and find you only have 90 guests, we will reduce the chairs to accommodate 90 and you will not be charged for the reduction. All changes must be made one month prior to delivery.

  • All plates should be scraped/wiped free from food and placed back in the racks provided. All glasses should be placed back in the racks provided and they should be upside down as you received them. All flatware should be placed back in the carriers provided, placed all right side up or upside down. All food pans should be cleared of food and completely rinsed.

  • Yes, we allow for customer pickup. Our weekend orders can be picked up on Friday between 9am-4pm and returned on Monday between 9am-4pm. Weekday orders can be picked up the day before between 9am-4pm and returned the day after between 9am-4pm. We can assist you with loading/unloading, we are not responsible for any damage to a vehicle during loading/unloading. We recommend having tiedowns and a small tarp to cover items from rain.

  • We ask that you have a clear path to the setup site. You should have your lawn trimmed before we arrive, and any debris cleaned from the area our crew will be working. We ask that all tables are cleared and broken down, chairs broken down/stacked, any/all decorations removed, and all items placed under the tent as you received them.

  • We offer setup and breakdown of tables and chairs on a limited basis for an additional fee.

  • If you are unsure of the available space you have for a tent we can schedule a consultation for a property inspection. We will determine what size tent will best suit the area and event needs. We require a property inspection for all 40’ wide tents prior to placing a reservation.

  • We welcome you to visit our showroom however we strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment if you need guidance selecting your rentals.
